McDonald's in Bayreuth

The drive in is great, usually very short to no waiting times. The branch is large inside and has enough vending machines / counters so that you rarely have to wait inside. Currently, due to the corona situation, you can only pick up things and not consume them on site, inside or in the parking lot. However, most of them solve this situation by driving their car to one of the directly adjacent parking lots. The food is exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's.

Mc Donalds to go: Curly fries unfortunately totally mushy (5 min. Way home), Big Mac half outside of the packaging, generally everything poorly packaged. Too bad. At the next fast food experience, go to the king again ...

A whole order was cold and the fries and nuggets like rubber. Called and got a compensation which unfortunately was half cold even though we only had to drive 2 minutes by car. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated a lot!

Unfortunately another product is missing from the order. Sorry, it can happen, but it happens too often. You could do better than that.

Attention Attention, check your order IMMEDIATELY: mcdrive .. ordered a Big Rösti for an unbelievable 6.99 € (unfortunately the price was too late, printed very small) and a 6 nuggets with mustard sauce. I got a Big Tasty Bacon and the sauce was missing from the nuggets. The sour cream dip is missing from the curly fries. Since we are directly on the highway and only unpacked there, a complaint was no longer possible. So, always check immediately whether it contains what has been ordered and paid for !!!! Very annoying, I will certainly no longer drive into this McD, although I often drive past here for work ? I am disappointed, and when I read the other bad reviews, it seems that I "forgot" about things, the system ... Or maybe one Putting a cheap burger in the bag when ordered and paid for?

It is not possible to get a complete order at this McDonald’s. There is always something missing.

I agree with the preliminary reviews - ordered for over 50 €, picked it up and noticed at home that 2 x French fries were missing ... After having already experienced that at MC Neudrossenfeld, it was definitely the last visit to these juice shops

Modern branch with great opening times. Employees could be nicer. Sometimes employees seem annoyed, especially when something should be left out of the burger. Otherwise delicious food and you can pre-order with the app. Top! Minus: employees

What should one think of a McDonalds that simply "forgets" to put a product worth € 4 in the bag? Probably nothing. One should have noticed immediately with the unfriendly service and a quarrel-like discussion between the employees that something was deliberately not included. In addition, you have recently been literally driven from this parking lot in Corona times - a guard urges you to drive off, although you need a moment to pack and prepare for the journey, as if you were "taking too long". Something like that is extremely difficult and if you don't sell your customers like that, then unfortunately I don't know anymore!

Meanwhile every delivery in the McDrive is wrong and no longer possible without checking! And that although there was no stress and not much going on! Instead of chicken nuggets there was McChicken burger, instead of Fanta there was Coke, instead of Mayo there was ketchup, French fries were cold ....! What shoud that? I am really very disappointed! In addition, a very unfriendly waitress / cashier! Service is impossible. As positive, I can only name the high number of possible seats (apart from Corona) and the dear older gentlemen who have been working there for a long time!

Paid by card, the device crashed. Paid again by card ... the end of song it was debited 2 times although I was promised at the checkout "no no it will only be debited once don't worry"

Very clean McDonald's with a well-considered hygiene concept. Very friendly MA who coordinates the whole thing right at the entrance. French fries and nuggets fresh and nice and hot ?

Otherwise actually satisfied so far, but that I was supposed to put my contact form on the bar table, accessible to everyone, was not okay. When referring to data protection, all the pieces of paper were simply turned upside down and placed on the table. Anyway, everyone can come ..... Furthermore, the breakfast offer was pretty much minimized.

Lots of seats and often well attended. One employee is incredibly limited and unfriendly. Every time she manages to take the order incorrectly. Apart from that, everything was great.

If the employees don't feel like it, please stay at home! I prefer to go to the KFC in Hof or Nuremberg!
